I called around few dealerships in close proximity to my house. I was quite taken-back and disappointed by the reception I received at the Honda in Ferndale Dealership, particularly because I was initially very interested in purchasing another Honda. The reception and energy was negative. Regrettably, they lost a valuable customer. \n\nWith that as a backdrop, I was welcomed at Lafontaine Buick GMC in Ann Arbor, and I knew then I would definitely purchase my vehicle at Lafontaine, Honda or not. In my experience as a customer, the initial contact sets the tone. Not only was the receptionist, Rachaels, tone pleasant and upbeat, my entire experience at Lafontaine was delightful all the way around. \n\nLou and Matts elucidation on the vehicle was thorough with regard to the vehicle itself, pricing and financing. In fact, Matt went beyond the call of duty and asked if I would like to take the vehicle overnight. Though I declined, it was still a very nice gesture, which suggested that I was being trusted and valued as a potential customer. \n\nEqually important, I didnt feel pressured in making a decision on the spot, as that wouldve been a deterrent, so I genuinely appreciate the teams patience, support and understanding. The gentleman who finalized the sale was equally professional, competent and kind. Leavy was punctual in picking me up on Saturday, the 26th and, by noon, I returned as a happy and satisfied customer with my Buick Lacrosse, Sylvia.\n\nTwo thumbs up for Lafontaine Buick GMC of Ann Arbors Staff. The salesman wasn't pushy and listened to what my interests were. He was very helpful in explaining all the cars features. When Dealing with Matt Jury, I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. He worked diligently to find me the best interest rates possible. I was provided with a Carfax on the vehicle as well as them disclosing the full known history of the vehicle. He did not give me the feeling of being rushed to make the sale and made small talk the entire visit and was even great with my son. I am satisfied with my experience and would recommend Matt to anyone.

After 4 visits to another local dealership over the course of one month in an attempt to solve a repetitive issue in my LaCrosse, I felt defeated at the prospect of another several hundred dollar repair that by that point I wasn\'t even positive would solve the problem. That\'s when I decided to give LaFontaine a try. They were able to get me in and out the same day and found an issue (which I suspect was the problem the whole time) that the other dealership repetitively missed. Gavin was my service advisor and he was incredibly informative, friendly and helpful. The waiting area was gorgeous and my car was done in less time than they said it would take. I will definitely be back for sure for all my maintenance needs on my Buick.
